Due to the many requests I have been receiving for beginner yoga this Fall I have added a second session on Wednesday evenings from 7:30-8:30pm.
This class is suitable for those new to yoga who want to experience a welcoming and supportive setting that does not assume any prior yoga knowledge. We break down each pose at the beginning of the session and slowly build to basic flowing movements and new poses as everyone becomes ready.
Yoga breathing, introductory meditation and relaxation techniques will also be incorporated into this accessible class. Find out what all those studies that say yoga is good for you are all about!
Those with some yoga experience are also welcome. Pose variations will be offered so all can participate at the level that is appropriate for their body and experience level.
No matter what you age, body type or yoga experience is, this class will meet you wherever you are.
