Hatha Flow Yoga Class Description

mom brightened navasanaDevelop confidence in the foundation poses of yoga, as you explore the breathing techniques and philosophy that is yoga’s cornerstone. This is a yoga class to develop strength, flexibility and calm for every body-type, age and experience level. Absolutely no yoga experience is necessary to reap the full benefit of this class. Participants must be able to easily move from sitting on a mat to standing (and vice versa) and be able to support their upper body with their hands (like when on hands and knees). As the session progresses we build toward connecting postures into gentle flowing sequences. Everyone participates in a way that best suits their own body and experience level. Stretch, strengthen, breathe deeply and finish class with a short relaxation that will have you ready for the most restful sleep ever.
